– At the moment, we do not offer custom designs.
Shipping
– Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
– Orders are delivered in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
– Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
– Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
– Q: What carrier do you use?
– All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Returns & Refunds

– We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
– Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
– No, return shipping is free. We provide a downloadable Royal Mail return label.
– Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
– Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
